Gulf Coast Community College
Gulf Coast Community College is located in Panama CIty Beach, Florida. I attended this college the years in which in was making the transition into a state college. Although the name is changed, it still maintains its solid reputation. The instructors are all high quality, although some are "tougher" than others. They all care about the students' success. There are numerous councils and comitees and clubs that you can be a part of at Gulf Coast. They are well known in the community, and are involved in many charitable events that take place in the area. If you are consdering attending college in this area, I would definitely recommend this community college.

Santa Fe College, Gainesville, FL
My introduction to college courses was at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida; they have since dropped the "Community" from the name, but to me it will always be SFCC. I simply loved my experience at SFCC and feel it thoroughly helped prepare me for moving onwards and upwards in my life. When I started classes I was a home school student of high school age dual-enrolled to earn college and high school credits at the same time (I love Florida's dual-enrollment program!). SFCC was my introduction to a traditional classroom setting and it was a great experience all the way around. I enjoyed the small class sizes, as each class allowed no more than 35 students. The professors were helpful and got to know their students which made for a more collaborative learning environment overall. Granted, there were professors who did not get to know the student body but they were few and far between during the time I attended. All-in-all, I had a great time at SFCC and graduated feeling prepared for the next chapter of my life.

North Florida Community College Review
I have heard many good rumors about North Florida Community College. It is not that big college and for the same reasons its famous that NFCC is a small college with big possibilities. The students that get enrolled at this college are lucky because they enjoy the atmosphere at the college a lot during their study. They also enjoy good reputation of the college when they pass out which is always good for getting some great jobs. One of the good aspects of North Florida Community College is that it offers Accredited 2 year programs. There are many students that go for 2 year associate programs of this college. It offers two years associate in science, associate in arts, associate in applied sciences, associate in designing, associate in technical education and many other programs. Students from many walks of lives can get enrolled in their desired programs when its about North Florida Community College. North Florida Community College is in the top 50 NFCC ranks for many reasons. It has some well qualified faculty members and the college has a welcoming attitude for most of the students. It also provides career counselling to students. There are many students that wish to be a part of college like this.

Miami Dade College
Miami Dade College is a great College, with wonderful programs. Miami Dade, i believe has 6 or 7 different campuses in and around the Miami area. This makes the College very accessible to students in the area. They offer many different types of courses and options for majors. They recently added a four year program which allows students to continue their education and graduate with their bachelors as well. Starting in a community college was the best decision I ever made. Some of the advantages are that the tuition is much lower than in a University. Even though I was not at a big name school, I am getting all my core classes done at half the amount I would be paying at a University. Also, enrolling for classes is a breeze, you are able to just log in online and pick any class you want. Classes are available more often than not. Unlike the bigger Universities where you have to chase down all your classes before the seats run out. Miami Dade College cares about its students and has been ranked one of the top Colleges in the nation. They have the will for their students to succeed and will help them out along the ride.
